Each stage has a different purpose. Keeping them separate helps patients understand where information ends and medical decision-making begins.

Initial orientation
Global Medicare helps organise whether the next appropriate route may be Ovarian Program, Endometrial Program, Second Opinion or another specialist pathway.
Specialist evaluation
The authorised clinical team reviews the relevant medical information and the individual clinical context.
Clinical decision
Diagnosis, treatment selection and medical recommendations belong exclusively to the clinical team.
Research when applicable
Only after the clinical pathway has been established can an authorised research team assess whether a study may be relevant.
Initial orientation
You do not need to diagnose yourself before contacting us.
Initial orientation focuses on understanding the general reason for your request and helping organise the most appropriate next step.
Global Medicare does not interpret laboratory values, ultrasound results or previous IVF outcomes as a substitute for specialist medical assessment.
Specialist evaluation
Clinical interpretation begins with the medical team.
Once the appropriate clinical pathway is established, the relevant history and available medical information can be reviewed by authorised healthcare professionals.
Previous fertility history and clinically relevant information can form part of the specialist assessment.
Previous treatment experience may provide useful context for the medical discussion.
Laboratory or imaging findings are interpreted only within the complete clinical context by the medical team.
The consultation is also an opportunity to discuss the questions most important to your fertility journey.
Clinical decision
Clinical care and research are deliberately separated.
This separation is particularly important in the current REGEN-AR framework.
Any decision regarding Standard-PRP, IAS or another treatment pathway belongs to routine clinical care and is made independently by the medical team.
Research can only follow as a separate consideration when the authorised team determines that the study may be relevant.
Participation in a Global Medicare patient pathway does not mean participation in 02-REGEN-AR or 03-REGEN-AR.
Research when applicable
Research is not the starting point of the patient journey.
ExoRegenOvo and RegenEndo are observational studies. They document outcomes in patients whose clinical pathway has already been determined independently.
Final eligibility can only be assessed by the authorised research and medical teams.
International coordination
A clinical pathway can cross borders.
Global Medicare can help patients organise the practical steps required to access specialist fertility care internationally.
