Global Medicare · Endometrial Program

When implantation keeps failing, understanding the endometrium matters.

A specialist evaluation pathway for women seeking another review of endometrial factors, including thin or atrophic endometrium, Asherman syndrome after adhesiolysis, treated chronic endometritis, adenomyosis, repeated implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy loss.

Global Medicare provides initial orientation and coordination. Clinical interpretation, treatment decisions and research eligibility remain with the authorised medical and research teams.

Start with your situation

Does this sound familiar?

Endometrial factors can form part of a complex fertility history. Another specialist review may help clarify what should be considered next.

01 Thin or atrophic endometrium
02 Asherman syndrome after adhesiolysis
03 Chronic endometritis previously treated
04 Adenomyosis with implantation concerns
05 Repeated implantation failure
06 Recurrent pregnancy loss

These situations do not establish a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or research eligibility.

When previous attempts have not answered the question

When implantation remains difficult, the endometrial context may deserve another specialist review.

Previous unsuccessful transfers, a persistently thin endometrium or a complex endometrial history may justify an individual specialist assessment before deciding what to do next.

Understand the context before the next decision

No improvement, implantation or pregnancy outcome can be guaranteed.

Science

Understanding endometrial development.

The endometrial research framework at IVF Baden-Baden compares clinical outcomes observed with two autologous preparations: Standard-PRP and IAS.

The study focuses principally on endometrial development, especially endometrial thickness. The clinical choice between Standard-PRP and IAS is made independently from participation in research.

01 · CONTEXT Endometrial factors
02 · PREPARATION Standard-PRP / IAS
03 · ASSESSMENT Endometrial development
04 · RESEARCH Prospective observation

IAS is an autologous preparation with an additional processing step. It should not be presented as purified exosome therapy or as superior to Standard-PRP.

Are you planning an embryo transfer or seeking another specialist opinion?

Would you consider travelling to Baden-Baden for specialist evaluation if appropriate?

How can we contact you?

Thank you.

Your answers may indicate that your situation is relevant for specialist endometrial assessment. This does not determine a diagnosis, treatment or eligibility for research.

Important questions

Clear information before your next step.

Understand where general orientation ends and individual medical assessment begins.

Does this page confirm whether I am eligible for 03-REGEN-AR?
No. Final study eligibility can only be assessed by the authorised medical and research teams.
Can Global Medicare interpret my endometrial thickness?
No. Ultrasound findings and endometrial measurements must be interpreted in their clinical context by the medical team.
Is 6.5 mm an automatic decision threshold?
No. The study documentation uses 6.5 mm as a reference in the clinical pathway, but it does not replace individual medical assessment or create an automatic decision.
Is IAS considered better than Standard-PRP?
No. The study compares two autologous preparations. Global Medicare does not recommend one over the other.
Does participation in research guarantee an improvement or pregnancy?
No. Research participation does not guarantee an individual health benefit, improved endometrial development, implantation or pregnancy.

Your next step

Another specialist review starts with understanding your history.

If your fertility journey involves thin endometrium, implantation failure, Asherman syndrome, treated chronic endometritis, adenomyosis or recurrent pregnancy loss, Global Medicare can help organise the initial orientation pathway.
