When to refer
Start with the clinical reason for another review.
Global Medicare can coordinate specialist access when a patient requires another perspective or a reproductive pathway outside the referring professional’s current setting.

Minimum information
Enough to start. Not a complete medical record.
This first referral step is intentionally minimal. Detailed medical information should only be requested later through the appropriate authorised process.
Name, institution and professional contact information.
Ovarian, Endometrial, Second Opinion or General Specialist Review.
A concise non-diagnostic explanation of the reason for specialist referral.
Confirmation that the patient is aware of and agrees to the referral contact.
Do not send detailed medical records, genetic information, medication lists or other sensitive clinical documents through this initial public form.
Professional referral
Start the referral with the minimum necessary information.
This form is designed to initiate professional coordination. Detailed clinical material should only be exchanged later through an appropriate secure pathway.
Professional boundaries
A referral opens a clinical pathway. It does not pre-select the clinical outcome.
Global Medicare preserves a clear distinction between referral, specialist care and possible research participation.
Global Medicare does not diagnose the patient based on a professional referral.
The referring professional does not enrol the patient into Standard-PRP, IAS or another treatment through this form.
ExoRegenOvo and RegenEndo participation can only be assessed independently by the authorised research team.
Data minimisation
The public referral form should collect less — not more.
Sensitive medical information should only be requested when clinically necessary and through the appropriate secure process.
