Research participation is separate from clinical care. Eligibility can only be assessed by the authorised medical and research teams.

Clinical care first. Research observation second.
Both research programs are built around routine clinical pathways. Standard-PRP or IAS is selected clinically before and independently from participation in the observational study.
The research then prospectively documents predefined ovarian, endometrial, IVF / ICSI and reproductive parameters.
Current Research Programs
Two studies. Two reproductive contexts.
Ovarian and endometrial research are conducted under separate protocols and investigate different primary clinical parameters.
ExoRegenOvo
Study 02-REGEN-ARProspective observational research focused on ovarian-factor fertility and IVF / ICSI outcomes, including the cumulative number of transferable embryos across the treatment sequence.
RegenEndo
Study 03-REGEN-ARProspective observational research focused on endometrial development, particularly endometrial thickness, together with additional ultrasound and reproductive parameters.
Study design
Designed to observe real clinical pathways prospectively.
Both studies share the same overarching methodological structure while investigating different reproductive questions.
Data are collected forward in time according to the defined study framework.
Research observes clinical care rather than assigning the preparation approach.
Both studies are conducted at IVF Baden-Baden.
Patients are not randomly assigned to Standard-PRP or IAS by the study.

A critical distinction
Participation in research is not the same as receiving treatment.
Clinical assessment and treatment decisions belong to the medical team and occur independently from research participation.
Joining an observational study does not add a guaranteed treatment benefit and does not determine which clinical preparation is selected.
Final study eligibility can only be assessed by the authorised medical and research teams.
