Global Medicare · Specialist Fertility Pathways

Complex fertility decisions deserve specialist clarity.

Global Medicare helps patients access ovarian, endometrial and second-opinion pathways, coordinates international specialist care and connects each clinical question with its scientific and research context.

Clinical care first. Research assessed separately when applicable.

Global Medicare provides approved information, initial orientation and coordination. Diagnosis, interpretation of results, treatment decisions and research eligibility remain with the authorised medical and research teams.

How Global Medicare works

One coordinated journey. Four clearly separated stages.

Global Medicare helps organise the route between the patient’s first question and an appropriate specialist conversation.

Clinical care comes before any possible research consideration. Research does not select or assign treatment.

01 · ORIENTATION Understand the request

Begin with the general reason for seeking another fertility pathway or specialist review.

02 · SPECIALIST Clinical evaluation

The authorised medical team reviews the individual clinical and reproductive context.

03 · CLINICAL Independent decision

Diagnosis, treatment selection and recommendations remain within routine clinical care.

04 · WHEN APPLICABLE Research assessment

Possible research participation is considered separately by the authorised research team.

Science & Research

Understand the science. Explore the research.

Scientific background and specific research studies serve different purposes. Global Medicare gives each one its own clearly defined space.

ExoRegenOvo and RegenEndo are observational, non-randomised studies. Their ongoing research should not be presented as proof of clinical superiority or guaranteed reproductive benefit.

Publications & Evidence

Evidence should clarify uncertainty — not hide it.

The scientific rationale behind the Global Medicare research programs draws on clinical studies, biological evidence and defined questions that still require further investigation.

Published findings are heterogeneous and must be interpreted according to study design, population and clinical context.

01 · CLINICAL Published clinical studies

Randomised trials, clinical studies and cohorts have investigated PRP in ovarian and endometrial reproductive settings.

02 · BIOLOGICAL Mechanistic background

Platelet biology, growth factors and extracellular vesicles provide scientific background, but do not by themselves prove clinical benefit.

03 · CURRENT RESEARCH Prospective observation

ExoRegenOvo and RegenEndo are building prospective evidence. Their outcomes are not presented as published study results at this stage.

Two access points

Built for patients and professionals.

Each audience receives a dedicated pathway while remaining connected to the same clinical, scientific and research framework.
